Worst rate and they tried to cheat you by showing you different rate outside. Avoid this place and walk to euro gold for a much better rate.

No problems. It's a currency exchange place like any other. Rates are slightly on the steep side, but for most people they are acceptable. Just make sure you ask at the counter the exchange rates, they will show it to you on the calculator. I also recommend using \XE Currency Converter\ App / website to compare live market value exchange rates with their offer and decide on the spot if this a place you want to exchange your money.
