Seems like false advertising. The buy rate for USD on the window is marked 1.17.. (1.177 on their website as well). But once you exchange you get 0.802 euro per usd. The advertised 1 1.177 is closer to 0.85 euro per usd . For me the difference was 10 euro. So I conclude there is a hidden commission!

great service, 0 commission. They even advised me not to pay using debit card, as transaction fee will applied. I ended up exchanging less as I was short of cash but it saved me a lot of money. Nice waffle shop beside. 11/10 would go again
