1 star is too much. Very poor experience. I just began a 3-month trial before the COVID-19. I went to the Club only twice. When I wanted to cancel my membership, they asked me to pay the entire trial fees 280. They were not flexible or understanding. I do not recommend this Club.

Pool on a weekend day is very busy, seemed to me that appointments aren’t checked at all. Doesn’t feel safe with Covid.

Even One star is too much. Receptionists are trained as watchdogs no matter if one has longstandig platinum access for 600euro x month, they treat you with suspicious and rudeness. No etiquette, pool too crowded and dirty water, in a nutshell I would not recommend it anymore.

Extremely busy club and impossible to park. Booking is obligatory if you want to follow a class and classes are often full 1 week before. Rooms are not ventilated so no oxygen and horrible smell after 2 consecutive classes. Mediocre price/quality ratio. Rotterdam branch is better.

I took two consecutive yearly Club Plus memberships. No matter how much you pay for the access to the club, they treat customers as cattle. Two months and 3 weeks before the end of my 2nd year membership, I noticed the club that I were not going to renew my membership for a 3rd year due to medical reasons. They returned to me with their holy Terms and Conditions, telling 3 months prior was necessary to stop a contract, and they invoiced me a month more, just for the cash flow. I do not wish bad for the club, I just describe the facts so that you reader go there with appropriate knowledge . I was planning to return to the club soon or later but the only thing they obtained with such a disgusting behavior is that I am not going to spend a single penny in this place anymore.
