I bought a new bag from here and seller was kind at the beginning. However, I found part of it was broken when I backed to my hotel. The attitude of the seller for dealing with this problem was really terrible. It seemed that he thought it was not his responsibility and I was picking on him. I need to use my own time to find a tailor by myself in order to fix it. Although he gave me tailor fee, I still canceled my all day traveling plan to deal with my broken bag. After that, I was really unlucky because my bag started breaking again. It was not fixed well and I was just like went to a lot of trouble for nothing. I feel like that I paid lots of money to buy a ew\ bag which was like a second-hand because I need to fix it!
