For the letter which confirms you don't benefit from CPAS services you have to go after 1:30. Also they don't speak English and don't have good attitude with people who does not speak French...

I have been calling the whole day without a reply (just fun music.... not even a voice saying how much time one should wait) and now... I am calling at 14:39 on a Monday and they dare not only not reply but also put the automatic message with the opening hours, which by the way are already very short! Incredible disservice and huge dissatisfaction.
