I visited for my first serious knife purchase. Owner is very welcoming, clearly knows what he is talking about and has a broad range of items. He was of great advice and I am really satisfied with my purchase. Extra: The store has a real vibe to it. I highly recommend.

I've discovered this shop recently and it was a very good surprise as I thought they were only for professionals, which luckily, is not the case. I bought from them a beautiful razor, an amazing Japanese kitchen knife, table knifes and vegetable knifes (see pictures). Not only I was well guided, but I really appreciated the fact that the young lady didn't push for the more expensive and higher priced items that I had in mind when I got there. Plus, several weeks later, I don't regret following her advice! Even for cutting vegetables, I can't use anything else now! I'll return for other small kitchen and hygiene stuff (considering they're at the same price as mainstream shops) such a cheese grater, a tweezer, a nail cutter, a wine opener... My only regret: not having discovered this shop before!
horrible service, very hostile owner. It's really shocking to read all the positive reviews. I wonder if they are real. I have experienced the same kind of unwarranted hostility as other people who left negative comments.The owner had gone completely mad when I asked her whether it would be possible to have a discount. With such kind of attitude independently of the products they sell, it is absolutely certain that the after sales service will be disastrous.

The owners of this store are really extremely unfriendly and very rude with their customers. Moreover, the location is very poor with very few parking places in the neighborhood.

Visited this place a few weeks ago. Extremely bad service and very impolite staff. Went there to have knives sharpened but turns out that this place charges the double of other places and it takes days to get it done. Ended up going to Paulus Stuart in Anderlecht which charges half, has very friendly staff, and can do the job in a few hours without charging extra
