Nice rooms and an amazing location just a 5 minute walk from the heart of Brussels! Lots of beautiful streets around with a lot of shops and eating joints and the St. Catherine Church close by! Staff is good and prompt although my only criticism is that the apartments are a bit too small... but apart from that, it is a perfect place to stay for a short period of time!

Nice and comfy. Great Ambience and friendly staff. Great breakfast service and excellent food. They need to improve cleaning though.

Fantastic and right on the door step for the Xmas markets. Would massively recommend and can't wait to go back

this hotel was perfectly placed in and amongst a nice square. the location was excellent for getting around the city based right next to a metro station. it was also only a 10 minute walk to the main square. there were a number of events going on here during the weekend. we used to open the main doors and just listen to the music. however we did get woken on sunday morning to music being tested through very loud speakers just outside the room. there is on site parking for 18 per 24 hours and parking is free on the street all day sunday. the location had a coffee machine in the lobby which was complimentry bean to cup. the actual rooms were very good. nice and clean, the sofa bed folded away really well. only concern was the lack of kitchen equipment in the cupboards and the lack of quality with the hob.

Room not suitable for 4 people. It’s always a bad bat to have one bed and one canapé. When travelling with friends, discussions and a bad mood on who sleeps where should not be a part of the programme. Furthermore, the canapé included a disgusting blanket as indicated in the picture. When asking for a normal blanket at reception, we got a quite rude answer and no blanket. So better bring your own blanket if you want to keep a better hygiene standard. Also bring earplugs as walls are quite thin. Plus points: The location is good, the breakfast area looks okay.

Cozy and close to the city center and metro station.

Very nice hotel in general. Had a small problem with booking when we arrived where there was apparently a plumbing problem so our booked apartment was unavailable so our group was separated into 2 double rooms. Wouldn't have minded if they had given us a call first but there was nothing and no compensation at all!

Location is great, about 10 minute walk to the Grand Palace, next door to an organic grocery. Pay parking on site (20E / day), free WiFi if you register your email. No daily maid service.
