I have thought the idea of offering some chocolate to my friend for a special day was good but when I didnt get the service that was advertise on the website I was very disappointed. I was great to have it delivered on the next day but customer service took even longer to even get back to me. I will never use this service anymore, overpriced and dont even provide what they are saying on the website! - UPDATE - The answer from the business is not where acceptable, no matter what service you use, if a customer is not satisfy you do something to make the customer come back to you or recommend to someone else. this is totally poor customer service and lack of communication. What was your excuse of 2 days of late customer service email? Did you have weather issue to read emails as well? Just avoid at any cost, ruined my best friend's day and just fake advertisement!

We attended a demonstration on making chocolate and about history of the chocolate trees .. it was very nice I highly recommended it it is worth every penny.. the guy was funny and active and gave very useful information and nice show the chocolate is very delicious one ot our group participated in the demonstration

Nice shop lots of chocolate to buy. Lots of chocolate sculptures to look at made of chocolate. We attended the 4pm on saturday chocolate demonstration. We were most disappointed with this as most of the groups were French and as much as the chocolatier tried to speak English as well it became very boring for us listening to French talk. We watched the chocolatier make shell chocolates praline however I thought he was going to show us how to do a sculpture. The demonstration cost 7 included with this was the demonstration for individual chocolates in a cup and a hot chocolate and this time lasted about 90 minutes. Staff in the shop very friendly and spoke some English.

Awesome experience! We brought a group of 40 to the chocolate making class and it was informative and very funny. I loved that the man giving the lesson also talked about the hazards of eating too much sugar. Very responsible and it was great for the kids to hear. I didn't expect to get an inspirational health message at a chocolate making workshop!! I loved this visit and highly recommend it to anyone. The shop sells all kinds of chocolate products including milk, dark and white bars, 98% cocoa bars, organic raw chocolate beans and cocoa beauty products like hand cream and chap stick. Great for gifts! My wife loves the cocoa body lotion. Smells amazing. We'll be suggesting planete chocolate to our traveling groups visiting Brussels.

Chocolates look delicious but sadly delivery and customer support is truly terrible. Ordered 14th April for express delivery on the 16th (paid 25 euros more for express delivery) still received nothing 7 days later. I've messaged customer support 5 times to no avail. Extremely disappointing - would not currently recommend.
