I would give 6* if I could. We lost electricity on a Sunday due to a short-circuit. After a short call and sending pictures the electrician was able to figure out the problem remotely. Then I restored the power myself, a simple switch in the basement. Time: max 10min. Costs: 0. Thanks again for your quick and easy help.
