Messy handling of our file (sent 3 times the same letter and then sent us a cheque instead of a wire transfer!) and very hard to reach by phone within limited hours. I would advise to chose any of the other organisations handling family allowances instead of this one!

La personne qui m'a répondu par téléphone était très mal poli, répond de manière sec et hautaine et il m'a finalement raccroché dessus! Vraiment pas professionnel du tout! J'aurais mis aucune étoile si c'était possible!
