Their service is shameful. The doctor could not care less about my condition. She could not speak any Dutch nor English, she didn't even tried. I did my best to make myself understand and she didn't even follow any kind of protocol. After the consultation I called my doctor, who is in Antwerp. He was surprised she didn't check my lungs, didn't check my blood oxygen saturation. She diagnosed a flu and according to her I was going to be ok in less than 12 hours. Shameful! Very sad experience. A health care professional treating people like cows or worst. Never again.

They let people who arrive after you go before you, and the assistant lied to me. I do not recommend.
Not recommended for non-fluent french speakers. Been here twice in two weeks, their knowledge of Dutch and English is almost non existent. Each time had a different doctor, the first one tried to make herself understandable but the second one couldn't care less - which I think is really disgusting behaviour for a doctor... She just kept on talking in French. The receptionist tried - which I really am thankful for -, yet someone in her position should AT LEAST speak fluent english. Brussels is after New York the most diverse city in the world, and this is an emergency doctors office where they don't speak english, nor the most spoken language in the country. This is sad. Also, first time paid 29.50 and second time 49.50, they couldn't give me an explanation why - or they failed to make me understand because of language barrier.
Doen alsof ze tweetalig zijn, tot je effectief met hen in contact komt. Dan is het Frans spreken of op je kin kloppen
Ze spreken geen Nederlands. Ze hangen de telefoon direct op.Nederlands is de officiële taal en u moet deze spreken.
Je passe par l'accueil, je paie, il n'y a qu'une personne devant moi. On me dit que ça ira vite. Après 1h20 d'attente je n'ai toujours vu entrer *personne* en consultation. A l'accueil, on me dit qu'il y a bien un médecin. Quand je demande s'il est en consultation, on me répond que non. C'est quoi ce truc ?
Super Centre où vous pouvez être reçu en dépannage par un médecin généraliste ! Super expérience, je recommande vivement !
Les médecins étaient vraiment sympas et compétents les plusieurs fois où j'ai été. Je recommande vivement ce centre!
