Went to the shop on a Friday when it is supposed to be open till 18:00. The woman closed and locked the door in front of my nose at 17:40. I will buy new jewelry online.

Awful customer service. The staff are very cold and rude.
I went here to get a replacement bar for my piercing. The employee I spoke to was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She helped me find the correct items I was looking for and gave me great advice. They also speak English which was very helpful!
