Customer service it is unknown in Brussels, better get a chat with an Apple specialist via phone and buy via Apple website.
I wanted to buy the Apple Watch 6, and guess what even if the shop was almost empty (there were more sales assistant than customers) I couldn’t enter! That’s funny. Only by appointment... bye bye
New rules to visit apple store; make an appointment before you visit
I purchased iPhone SE 2020. Staffs were way professional and they explained the differences between several available models. Also the staffs could speak in English proficiently, it was easier to deal with what I want.
You currently can’t just drop-in to make purchases as all entry is by appointment only so even if the store is empty on a rainy Tuesday you will need to book in advance. Sadly, the booking system doesn’t allow for same day/hour appointments. It’s a bit silly because the Apple staff are bored silly and security revealing in being their best jobsworth selves. Booking seems ok if you are coming for repairs or lessons, bit just to FNAC around the corner to buy your stuff instead.
Everything is good but some of the employees are unprofessional.
