Although the staff is friendly but the consular is too small, underground and they have no CCM machine so they need money in cash and the accurate amount! It feels like home, dirty small old underground building. The world moves forward but this country will remain in the year 2000 B.C!

Even though I am a Palestinian refugee from Lebanon, they were kind, helpful, respectful and willing to take their time to answer all my questions, I felt so comfortable dealing with the staff and specially the consular.

Nulle part ailleurs je n'ai été reçue avec autant de courtoisie et de gentillesse aussi bien au téléphone que sur place. Les explications et les conseils donnés au téléphone sont d'une telle précision que nous ne perdons pas de temps et le jour de la signature tout est prêt. Merci à vous tous. Sonia Rezk
