Together with a new manager, we acquire a majority stake in these companies, and invite the founder to stay on board as a strong minority partner. We are specifically interested in companies in the valuation bracket of € 5 – 25 mio, active in traditional industries. QAT I, QAT II and QAT ARKiv, presently fully invested, focus on early to mid-stage innovating technology companies in ICT, Medical Devices and Alternative Energy in the Benelux.
