Capacity4dev is the European Union's knowledge-sharing platform for the international development community, where you can share, learn and collaborate with over 23,000 members. Launched in 2009, its members include EU states, as well as development professionals from EU member states, partner governments, civil society, academia and the private sector. Created and managed by the Directorate General for International Cooperation and Development (DEVCO), Capacity4dev is part of the Methodological Knowledge Sharing programme (MKS) managed by DEVCO Unit 04.
