Everything for the runners and trekkers, plus some casual sports wear too. Very friendly and helpful staff. As it was my first visit they offered to analyse my steps to recommend the most adapted shoes.

Very professional personnel, clearly understanding well the articles they sell and the needs of their clients. Very much client-oriented and friendly. This is not yet another 'sport's supermarket', but a place where the shop assistants take their time to help you select the best shoes and equipment for you to match your individual needs.

This is the worst customer service ever! The people who work in this shop are arrogant and don't care if they give you the wrong shoes for your feet, as long as they sell the brand they are told to sell. In addition, they lie when you ask them about sizes, just to leave you with one option, the one they are told to sell for that period.

Ok if you want to go just once : better for window shopping. But if you expecting some customer service during or after sales because you paid for what you bought - forget it...this shop at Schuman is still in 20th Century...come back a century later....or maybe forget it...plenty of other stores providing excellent service. Save yourself from ruining your day and wasting your hard earned money.
