I just had a very bad experience with Telenet in general and with the Louise branch in particular. Two weeks ago I scheduled by phone to have someone install telenet internet at the new place and a few days ago I received an email saying something about cables and things like that. (The emails were sometimes in French other times in Flemish, even though I told them I speak no Flamish at all). Two days before the appointment I went to a nearby branch to check out the email as I didn't know what I was supposed to do and the woman at the Louise branch said that she didn't understand why they made the appointment because in that area there was no telenet, but she said that I had to wait for the day of appointment to have the technician tell me if it is possible or not. I got annoyed as I had to wait two weeks to find out that it is not possible to have telenet in the new flat and on top of that I had to take a half day off of work to wait for a technician who didn't even show up, just called to tell me that they already knew that there was no telenet in the area. Because of them now I will move into an apartment that has no internet and I need to wait another week and a half to get that from a different provider. Today when I went to the Louise branch, I spoke to the same woman as last time who told me that I don't have to cancel any contract as nothing was installed. This doesn't seem normal to me as I have a client number and I exist in the system and I would like proof that I won't be charged anything. On top of that, the woman there was quite rude to me, in spite of the company screwing me over. I am very annoyed about the whole situation.
