Modern residence and the staff are very friendly, especially Sonja, a great person who always tried her best to help us. However, it’s a bit difficult to call them. And the deposit is usually paid back in two months which I think is too long, and they should consider reducing that duration.

I’ve been living here for a while now, and since the first month I’ve noticed that there are rats and mice everywhere in the kitchen! There has been no reaction from the manager!! This is an unacceptable living situation!! The rats eat through the plastic garbage bags and leave the kitchen a mess that we end up cleaning ! There is rat excrement all over the place.. they brought an exterminator that put some rat glue traps.. these are not solutions to end this rat infestation that we have !

It's infested by rats, the zone is dangerous at night and management doesn't seem to react to the rat plague The only good thing is the concierge that is always smiling and does a really good job.

I lived there for about one year. It's a modern residence with comfortable studios, located near the old centre. The staff is friendly; especially Sonia, the concierge who lives in the building, does her best and is always willing to help when a problem arises!!

First of all, location was really nice. It was not that far from my school but still much more calm and quiet compared to city central. That adequate distance from my uni/city center was really satisfying. Most importantly, there are such a wonderful people living in this building. Workers, managers, landlord are all highly responsible and always do their best to help the tenants. On weekends, I was able to meet a lot of interesting people in the residence, who were mostly uni students, had much fun with these people. Study room is really nice and warm, fitness gym is just next to the study room, easy to reach. I was happy to stay here for more than 5 months.

The building is very nice and modern, however it is very expensive for students plus they charge a 100 fee to look around and check the room before and after which they should be doing anyway free of charge. My room was dirty when I moved in and there were a lot of marks. so the fee is just something they can take to get extra money from you. I feel like the management and owners take advantage of students who can’t afford for a lot of things. Despite this, the landlord did let me pay a bit late as I couldn’t afford one months rent. However, I wasn’t given all my deposit back, I did have to pay for lost keys out of my warranty (which is also overpriced), but they overcharged me for that too. They also charged a lot for water and heating which I barely used as I was away a lot. I also still haven’t been paid for the mattress I sold and my messages were ignored. You can definitely find somewhere cheaper in a nicer area. The building works are not as bad as they used to be. Even though it’s a really nice building, it isn’t worth the money.

Although not in one of the nicest districts in Brussels, I personally had a very positive experience dealing with staff. I was able to find a place before moving to Brussels, and at the end of my stay I received my deposit way faster than I should. Radames and Sonia are both very professional and supportive people.
