Never in my life have I encountered a more rude customer service than the one of Sibelga! Absolutely shocking! Sibelga keeps sending me invoices for an EAN code of an apartment which is not mine and where I never lived and they refuse to help me with this case. I have sent numerous emails and logged multiple cases via their website without ever getting any response. I have called their customer service but first a French speaking person just hung up on me after which I called back and repeated my issue and they told me in a super unfriendly manner that they can't help me without even trying. They just referred me to Engie, the energy provider, who already informed Sibelga about the error but Sibelga refuses to correct their mistake and keeps sending me invoices for an apartment which I do not own and where I never lived. Absolutely shocking company and customer service!!!

Ce sont des escrocs, des voleurs !!! Choqué de voir que des sociétés raquettent les gens en toute impunité !! Le service client est nul, voir absent ! Ils s'en mettent PLEIN les poches mais quand il faut aider un consommateur il n'y a PERSONNE. absolument FOU. Il faut vraiment que ce système de \\\\\\\\\gestion\\\\\\\\\ du réseau change !!!!!! Marre de payer, payer, payer, payer !!!!!
J'ai appelé concernant mon compteur bi-horaire. Après avoir attendu longtemps j'ai eu un monsieur aimable qui m'a dit qu'il me transférait au service technique. Et là, personne. Je reste avec mon problème.
Je vien du parle avc 1 persone trop male poli , qui ma ferme lu gsm dans face ! Depui lu date de 09 je attande , et ce 29 , persone est la pour mon electicite . Vous etes nule ! Je attande que vous venir et vous regle les probleme et vous ferme le gsm . Incroyable !
