My mother and me went into the store intending on buying a travel bag and a backpack. The moment we walked in to the story the saleswoman (blonde hair and blue eyes) gave us serious attitude, she didn’t say a word but kept following us around the store we felt like she was thinking we were gonna steal when we asked her a question she seemed irritated and uninterested. We decide to leave the store and decided to purchase at a store whit better client service. Truly disappointed

C’est la première fois que je suis traité ainsi dans une boutique Longchamps. Les vendeuses ne sont vraiment pas commerciales et sont désagréables au possible. PASSEZ VOTRE CHEMIN
Beau magasin avec bel espace. Vendeuses souriantes et pro cette fois-ci (pas tjs le cas malheureusement)
Accueil épouvantable ! Les vendeuses traitent les clients comme des chiens ! Ca degoute vraiment de la marque, j'ai fait mon achat en ligne chez Céline à la place !
