I had a Le Creuset casserole that I wanted to change for a different colour. However they didn't have the right colour in the shop and couldn't accept my casserole as they didn't sell that specific model. I therfore contacted customer support and went back to the shop following the recomendations. In the end this shop in Brussels called them and found a solution for me which was great. Both people who worked at the shop were very kind and helpful and completely simpathised with the issue I had. I am so excited to receive my new deep teal colour soon in the post! Happy Christmas! :)

Great shop with excellent staff and service and a wide selection of their products. Went there recently to purchase a selection of their products. The sales agent took the time to listen to what we were looking for and clearly explained the different products that could fill our needs without the heavy sales push that you generally tend to get Highly recommended.

C'est le brand store de la marque à Bruxelles. Entendez que dans ce lieu d'exposition où les achats sont néanmoins possibles, vous n'y trouverez pas tous les articles vendus proposés sur le site officiel ou chez les revendeurs. Ni le service après-vente attendu.
Je vous attends à la boutique du lundi au samedi de 10h a 18h30 et je serai ravie de vous faire découvrir toute notre gamme de produits.
