Do not give any money to this people. I went there a day to buy contact lenses, but I was under severe stress for something that happened to me right before, so I was visibly perturbed. I guess the \very polite and nice lady\ (the owner) decided to take advantage of that, since she charged me twice for the lenses. Due to my temporary condition I failed to notice that. I realised it just later. Please, make justice for me, avoiding this place. People like that do not deserve anything good.

Worst place ever! Personnel is very unfriendly and impolite. Service is terrible. I had to get new corrective lenses for my glasses and sunglasses. I didn’t go for the most expensive ones for the sunglasses.. but I was never told that the result would have been that bad (!! See pic) Moreover: - I was told they would call me when the lenses were ready.. I might have received a missed phone call but they could have left a voice message saying who they were and what their purpose of calling was; - when I entered the store to get my lenses changed, I approached a clerk, told him what I was there for and if he could help me and the reply was “do I have a choice?”; - they make big advertisement about “glasses ready in one hour” but they told me that they would not be ready before 2 hours and when I pushed a bit I managed to get the time down to 1 hour and an half (but still…); - when I complained about the badly cut lens, they told me it was my fault for choosing the cheap one and that the only think they could offer was an upgrade… GrandOptical: you’ll never receive one more cent from my pockets or my friends’ pockets! And I also strongly recommend that you turn to a more competent (professional-wise and human-level-wise) store.

Store is very good but there is one man, he is bald and with belly. Yesterday evening (09.12.2020) I bought glasses. When i came to this man for help, for consultation, he decided to act or pretend like he is a busy boss or something, cuz he was speaking to me from the room with all colleagues, not serious act to be honest. I hope he will learn how to speak with clients. Luckily there was a very friendly, nice lady that took care of us. Thanks her i bought glasses for 700. I wish that men with fat belly and without hairs will never speak to clients and he will be retired.

If you care for your eyesight, I will advise you to get your new glasses anywhere else. They gave me wrong prescription on both my eye glasses and sun glasses, when I tested them before taking them home I complained that I couldn't see as good as with my old glasses, but they told me that I should wear them and get used to them. I listened to them and started using the new glasses for a week, having considerable eyestrain and poor eye sight specially from some distance ( I tried to go thru this because they changed my prescription compared to my old glasses, so I thought I was just getting used to the new prescription). After one week of being miserable my eyesight had not changed and it was obviously clear that they have given me wrong prescription glasses. I went back and asked for a full refund, for which they argued a bit and I had to tell them what their refund policy is (from their own website) Very poor customer service.

I ordered a pair of glasses feom Chloe, they cost 300 plus the lenses, so it came up around 500 with the discount they had on lenses, when I tried the glasses that were on vitrine exposed, they were broken, the nose support was missing plus they were scratched since everyone was trying them on and maybe dropping on the floor, in any case before ordering I asked if they will order me a new pair and will not give to me the one broken. They said of course they will order. So 10 days pass, and I have no call from them. I decide to call them finally and they tell me they are ready. And guess what, I see the glasses, it’s the broken ones.... I can not tell you how dissatisfied I was, their personnel is incompetent. I seriously doubt my glasses will be done correctly ... with such an attitude i am sure the lenses will also be bad... I completely don’t trust them... I wish I could just return them but I am not sure they can reimburse me my money... it’s outrageous what liers they are...

No words for the poor quality of the service. After paying 350 6months ago, frame of the glasses broke. No willing to repair it because didn't buy the garantie now they want 300 more for a new pair. How bloody dare you.
