Terrible management of insurance cases. If you do not chase them yourself , they do nothing, just sit on your case and hope you will forget to contact them.

It looks more like a store than an assurance company. They quickly help you out and while waiting you can have coffee or tea and use free internet. I went their for a Motorcycle insurance, they advised me and gave me additional information. When I took the insurance, they helped me out for the necessary paperwork. No appointment needed, you can go there within opening hours. They advise you in any case to go early to avoid waiting. (nothing to add on the comment below.)

This company should be out of business. For them the law is not the law; they simply decide on their whim; perfectly aware that no one is going to court over amounts below 2000. An the \Ombudsman\ clearly is in bed with them

They will never pay you. And it won't help to complain to the Ombudsman - these guys lie in bed with them
