The expert tries to be precise, but the quality of the report was below expectations. He missed a lot of details that later can generate costs for the tenant. Additionally, I was waiting for almost five weeks for the report that Mr. Kenes promise delivers in two weeks. Before payment, he seems to be nice, but after his attitude immediately changes, and starts being very \passive-aggressive\ in e-mail correspondence. I am not recommending due to quality and customer service vs. a very high price.

To reply your comment Mr. Kenes: First of all, I arrived here from Germany, and your xenophobic attitude is unprofessional! Your report was of low quality what is proven by the attachment to the report with corrections of your work product. In terms of the delay with the invoice payment, it was a misunderstanding for which I have apologized, yet the passive-aggressive approach of your and the way how you were handling this kind of situation was improper. I do not recommend services provided by Daniel Kenes for the following reasons: unprofessional attitude, two weeks of delay with the deadline, low quality of a work product.

Très content de cet expert qui a déjà établi plusieurs états des lieux d'entrée et de sortie tant pour des appartements que pour une maison .Ces prix sont corrects et sont précisés avant le début de son expertise ! C'est un homme consciencieux et même perfectionniste qui respecte ses rendez-vous et n'hésite pas à consacrer le temps nécessaire pour que les rapports soient le plus complets possibles. Ne pas hésiter de le consulter.
Le géomètre Kenes a réalisé l' état des lieux avant travaux de mes voisins dans le cadre de travaux d'extension que j'ai réalisé. Il était ponctuel méticuleux et professionnel. Il a réalisé un rapport détaillé de l'état des biens de mes deux voisins directs. Rapport clair et agrémenté de photos. À recommander.
Expert à recommander : en quelques mots : ponctualité, efficacité, sérieux, probité sans oublier la rapidité quant à la remise des dossiers, ce qui n'est pas négligeable. Point de vue plus humain, M. Kenes, outre sa mission d'expert, prend le temps de nous prodiguer des conseils judicieux. Dernier point important et non des moindres de nos jours : cordialité. Merci !
