I wasn’t so impressed. My experience began with an unfriendly receptionist. Then the intro offer is silly in that it allows EITHER one class for 5 OR a week for a set price - not exactly customer friendly and it being a weird system I had misunderstood. The class was very good though, the instructor very attentive and gave very good instructions so that side of things seems to be very good! Interior design of the rooms could be improved upon to shield from the ugly surrounding buildings.

I really enjoyed all the classes I took here and the atmosphere. Then, in a beginner's pilates class, a teacher yelled at me and told me to leave after I had not done a pose correctly. I was quite shocked at her tone and command and left soon afterwards as did another woman. I will go back again because all my other experiences were great but I will certainly try to avoid this teacher!

Nice studio, 2 large yoga rooms with plenty of daylight. Large variety of classes. Great teachers.

Great studio with dedicated and knowledgeable teachers, 2 large rooms and a wide range of Pilates and Yoga classes for all levels, great energy and cosy atmosphere. Not to be missed!
