It is unbelievable that SFR is in business i don't think i have ever come across such an inefficient company in my life the only thing that is good is there internet service because the speed is much faster than other companies [ that must be a mistake of chance ] but is it worth changing to them because of that , something goes wrong i am sure that you can't contact them to have the problem resolved

I found the service excellent when I went there yesterday to get a new modem. Guy v helpful and polite and gave me a new box straightaway. No queue either.
Useless. Local monopoly. To resolve any problem, you need to sit in a waiting room of the type that I last encountered when trying to get a permit to go from Moscow to St Petersburg in 1991. Hordes of glum people clutching tickets from the \you are now customer 68 machine\ and clutching bills or broken equipment. I am locked into a contract with this firm, but if you have any choice as to the services that you need, I would go elsewhere. It is truly incredible that this level of service can exist today.
Not stable internet. Continuous disconnecting. 2 months now! They advise me to change routers wifi channel! The same problem with Lan. Maybe modem router netgear needs replacement. I'm a customer not a technician to solve the problem! 77 per month the invoice!!

Just horrible- bad internet, freezing box, impossible to reach customer service, very expensive -without explanations! I am running away! the worst experience ever!!!!
Bad, bad, bad. I was happy for some time since 2014 when it was still numericable. Recently the number of freezes trippled and the customer service seems to refuse writing emails. They send me a free technician, tried to make me pay anyway and he made the problem worse. I decided to cancel my bundle.
Hardware (\la box\) is freezing every other day. Then needs to be restarted several times in order to reach a decent speed. otherwise not more than 2-3 mbit. incredible \customer service\ at the boutique Woluwe. After years of 0 problems with Telenet the forced change in Woluwe to SFR has led to a doubling of the price for a very bad service.
