The worst customer experience I've EVER had.... The doorknob on the shop was injuring customers and the sales people KNEW about it and only removed the door knob AFTER my thumb was almost cut off. The owner Kurt Vermeer, laughed about my injury, which he referred to as a \scratch\ and insisted that he would not not pay for any treatment. I required reconstructive surgery and had to pay over 2000 euro out of pocket. Without treatment I would have had a deformed thumb for the rest of my life. This injury occurred as I left the shop after purchasing a 3000 euro sofa... It's been 6 months and I haven't received any compensation, true to his word. I regret ever entering BoConcept and giving Kurt Vermeer a cent of my money. Please never shop here. Save yourself from 6 months of extreme pain and suffering and buy a sofa from IKEA. Sorry for the graphic photos, if they appear, but this is the reality of what shopping here looks like!

u200b I ordered a tv stand and a painting in your shop in Brussels on the 3rd of November and was quoted a delivery time of 4 weeks, with a maximum delay of one week including the delivery. I insisted that I needed the furniture and the painting to be delivered and installed before Christmas. Therefore, last week, I contacted your delivery service in Belgium and was told that the order would arrive in your premises in Belgium on Friday December 7th and could be delivered as of Monday December 10th. I told them that I would phone back in a few days, as I needed to take the day off to be at home. I phoned back this morning (12/12/2018) to organise the delivery and was told that the delivery is delayed and will only arrive in Belgium next week Friday 21st of December\u200b and that they do not deliver and install before January 7th 2019 at the earliest !\u200b \u200b This is NOT ACCEPTABLE, I am angry, as your company is not respecting its commitments in term of delivery or shown any flexibility in order to make up for its errors by delivering it before Christmas !\u200b

Furniture is high on design and even higher on price but the quality is very low. We have several pieces and all of them showed defects very quickly.
