If I had the opportunity, I wouldn't even give one star. Waiting over a year for a refund, nothing has happened. They never respond via telephone, text or email and in store they cant help you. It is criminal what they are doing - advise DO NOT SHOP HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Such a shame as it was my favourite store as they have beautiful furniture but fail to deliver. We bought a lot from there - they sold us something but apparently none left for delivery (but it was in store and reserved for us on the day of purchase) . They blame corona - but we ordered and it was due to to delivered before corona lockdown. Not one single cent back yet - false promises and very bad lack of service and refunds. It is genuinely exhausting trying to recover the money. We have taken legal action so hope this speeds it up. But save yourself any trouble and just don't bother!

What a complicated and bad after sales and delivery service. I'm trying to help a client to get furniture she purchased delivered overseas, but it is impossible. She spent over 13,000 euros and this was in November 2019! almost one year. They never reply to emails, I have to call them every week, they always say that they will contact me back, but never do. I would definitely not recommend this store to anybody. The client wants a refund, now. Proceed to this or will have to do get the bank involved and put a legal consumers claim. So sad to have to come to this.
Disappointing sales experience. They keep lying about delivery times and four months later they won’t even refund the money. Their moto is always “it’s not my fault”

Some minor problems with logistics. Some flexibility is required with regards to the delivery date. Otherwise great store.
Horrible ethics. Ordered from here 6 months ago and still did not receive the furniture. Regardless of of our numerous efforts, there has been no response from the company. Once they make the sale, they do not even bother finalizing the delivery. Save your precious time and money. There are many other options in Brussels.
Professional and super friendly team. Very good quality for reasonable prices. The new shop in the former Post museum in Sablon is simply stunning. The new owners are making great efforts to clean up the mess of the former magement and their company and finding solutions for customers. Highly recommended to furnish your new house or simply replace your old canapé!
Amazed by the variety of furniture and decoration elements, as well as by the professionalism, expert opinion and superior sense of service by the staff ! Made a buy which keeps me happy every single day... Sure thing : a place to visit, even without a fixed plan. It shall become obvious at the shop !
