Balthasar Brussels is a highly visible gem in Sablon especially if you are passing by when the daylight starts to fade out. If you are visiting Brussels, the Sablon area is one of the places not far from the Grand Place worth seeing. If you are into architecture and history, the Notre Dame de Sablon is indeed worth seeing and you must detour to this building situated in one of the corners of the square. When I saw this place, the façade will entice you to come and discover more what is in there. Aside from the history of the building told by uber accommodating owners, it was a pleasant surprise to meet different artists from different fields showcasing their works. Products well presented and laid out together with interesting stories from their friendly and interesting creators. Ended up having a drink in a bar inside the building which featured customized cocktails by the barista during that time. Though I visited during the pandemic, it was obvious that the people were cautious enough and conscious not to flock into huge crowd. Hitting several birds with one stone indeed. MUST VISIT and SEE again.

Design forniture, art and ornaments shop selling very peculiar items but you need to earn decent money to shop here. In the weekend is also a glamorous location for a cocktails bar with live music. Charming customers 30-50yo. Good service.
