Bit scared at first to visit due to the reviews given here. Have to say we luckily did not have the same negative experience. Staff was friendly although they where difficult to hear and understand at times due to background noise from the television and equipment. There's hand sanitizer at the entrance to clean your hands and clear lines and waiting dots to keep a distance. Place is clean. The tables inside can't be used because of the Covid situation, but there's still 4 and 2 barstools at the window which can be used to eat your Sub inside. There's also quite a bit of outside seating if the weather permits. Subs are quite minimalistic covered with veggies, cheese and meat. Pretty sure it's less than what goes by Subway standards. Nevertheless they tasted fine. There's 30 minute parking in front costing only an almost hilarious 10 eurocent. Card payments possible at Subway and for the 10 eurocent parking fee.

Worst worst and worst... The middle aged lady was very very rude.. She refused to put salad and said everything is in limit.she wasn't happy to give us receipt. I don't know why subway give license to these type of people.. Please refuse to give them.... I just wanted to give her a nice and good reply but if I will go there I'll definitely do .. If somebody go there get ready to give her a punch.. From my side though..

I've traveled around the world and this was the absolute worst experience I've ever had in my life at ANY restaurant. A young, disrespectful employee refused to serve me and my docile service animal of 9 years for no reason. I explained she is a certified, registered federal animal required to stay at my side for my disability. I offered to show my documents but he abruptly left the counter and told me to leave stating \follow the rules like everyone else.\ While I proceeded to stand outside to wait for a manager, a woman with a small chihuahua in her arms walked in and he served her with no questions asked! I walked back in, spoke with the manager and the employee still refused to make me a sandwich, even after the manager told him to assist me. So at this point the employee was disrespecting his manager! The manager then offered to make my sandwich but I was so disgusted I walked out. I have never been confronted with such discrimination, racism and horrid behavior in my life. I don't personally know this employee so I asked for his name and the manager wouldn't tell me. I'm left to assume this was a hate act because 1. I'm American, 2. I'm male or 3. I speak English. I've brought my service animal into numerous Subway establishments around the world and this has never happened! This was not only illegal but humiliating. I could put this story all over the news. In addition to this review, I have contacted my attorney as well as Subway corporate regarding Stationsplein A8B Store #48426. I hope this employee is terminated before he can do this to another customer.

Worst customer service experience. I have been to a lot of subways in different countries but this has to be the worst. The middle aged lady is absolutely rude and ill mannered. Asked for cheese oregano bread and instead started making the sandwich on a different bread saying that this is cheese oregano. And the worst was yet to come- refused to put any more salad on the sandwich after I asked for onion and peppers saying \its not allowed\. I had ebough and left without the sandwich. No wonder they are labelled \the worse subway in Belgium\. I wonder though, they probably are the worse in the world. Advise everyone to stay away and save yourself from a bad experience.
