I didn't get certificate to drive independently after following 20 hours driving lessons. I was told that I wouldn't get it while driving. It was told at my second last driving lesson session. I don't have anything to show for my 1100-1200 euros. Dropping off letter to someone en route while teaching me didn't give me very positive impression either. Would not recommend.
