We were rushing to get there in the afternoon as on the website they said we should spend around 1.5 - 2 hours there. We actually spent around 40mins. I was expecting more sculptures and more activities. For 12 this is quite pricey. Probably won’t go back again if they do it next year.

Very funny and cold experience, it gives chills in the blood! The statues are extremely well presented and the artists behind them are great. The slide is very fun and the little corridor offers the opportunity for decent pictures. Unfortunately the inside bar was closed, alcohol would make the cold a but more bearable. The exposition is a little confusing, I would have liked a little story behind the whole thing but apart for the general theme is wasn't the case.

While the skill of the carvers is good, it is poorly laid out, with little imagination. Expensive for what it is. Commercial with crowds of people. It could have been cool but left me feeling quite cold.

Not as spectacular as free standing sculptures but there were plenty of massive ice features to gaze at. A good size to walk around although it has been bigger in the past. The slide was a let down as I queued for 15 minutes and then got stuck as soon as I sat on it and had to shuffle my way down. Good value for money. Definitely go whilst it's still there. Good for all ages. Grab yourself a shot in an ice glass on top of the bridge

Very disappointed! It had nothing to do with Disney... and it was smaller than expected. It took us 10 minutes to see everything and it was very crowded. The sculptures were nice but they were all made on the wall. Completely different with what they promote. Not worthy.

Really disappointed. Travelled from sussex in England just to see this ice festival that we had heard great things about for years. The website says to expect 1 to 2 hours to get round, and it is promoting Disney this year. It took us around 4 / 5 hours to get there, then we spent 36 on entry, walked around some sculptures attached to walls with lights behind them, saw no Disney ones at all, and were finished in 20 minutes. I cannot believe it. It seems it is the first year it has been done like this, so we have missed all the times it was good. I'm Gutted.
