Amazing culinary experience at GOFFIN. The dishes are innovative, with subtle complexity, but plenty of taste. Everything is served with style and without unnecessary pompousness. Timothy Goffin's genius in the kitchen and his wife Valerie's top notch front of house are a reason in itself to visit Bruges.

Sensational and what a great value as well. A 20-seat small chic but grounded place, a husband wife team. We ended up on a 4-course menu and amuse-bouche was phenomenal and scallop starter was awakening. The effort and thought the chef placed in the design and testing phase of this menu is worth applaud and the resulting meal is at once complex, delightful and satisfying. Wow.
