Absolutely magic little park/garden hidden in courtyard and big gates of church. Properly romantic specially with this cute small bridge over canal. Beautiful place to take your second half and enjoy and rest from crowds of mani square. Totally worth see it .

Such a romantic and medieval corner of Bruges!! ️
The smallest bridge in Brugge but it is not the oldest. In fact it's a relative baby compared to the rest of the structures in this medieval city. In fact it's not even medieval, try modern instead built in the 20th century around 1910! A great example of architects and engineers that work within the setting presented to them and still create a work of art instead of trying to be brash and self-serving. Be weary of ensuing traffic jams as the bridge is narrow, maybe two people across and there are those that sit on the built-ins that exacerbate the crowding. Beyond busy-time though, its a picturesque spot to linger and lounge.
This is out of time, feel like too be in fairytale. This surrounding area is really beautiful.
The alley next to the church of Our Lady will take us back to the church and we will reach the scenic St.Bonifacious bridge to enjoy the view. You must visit this bridge St.Bonifacious bridge to take pictures. It's a fairytale landscape that has a history of years. The building next to the bridge is from the 15th century and houses the Grouthouse Museum
