Was supplied incomplete kit. I called and was told sorry, that guy is on holiday, the missing part would be shipped. I sent an email and was told the missing part would be shipped with next order, I used the contact form online and was told sorry, they are busy with merger. So now I have a home brew kit incomplete for over a month but have made complete payment. This shop is made of excuses and incomplete parts. There are thousands of online suppliers who will give customer service for your money, I suggest you shop elsewhere, these guys are too busy. Still I cannot brew without spending more money.
