I am working as virtual assistant. My company is called "Virtu-Help"​ I speak 4 languages fluently (Polish, Dutch / Flemish, English and Spanish). With that ability I hope to be able to reach as many people as I can. What I would most like to do, is help people. That is why I started a business to help small companies with their administrative tasks. The last 5 years I have worked in a company with 1,000 cleaning ladies from 79 countries around the world. I was also responsible for administration and payroll administration for several hundred employees. I consider myself a person who is made to work in the administration. I am communicative, creative, accurate and focused. According to the Gallup test, my strengths are: responsibility, organization, harmony, discipline and prudence. I help people who want to be successful and dream to develop their business. Working as a virtual assistant is for me the next step in my career, but also the freedom that allows me to be a mother to my two children. In my work with different clients, I am professional, reliable, friendly and cheerful. I can easily adapt to situations, stress and deadlines. We are missing TIME all the time. The day is always too short! Many obligations, tasks that we have to perform, often overwhelm us. The task of the virtual assistant is to relieve you as a customer of the action that you can easily delegate. They can be professional and / or private matters. What do you get in return? Saving costs for the wages of an extra employee. You do not have to worry about any additional costs such as: vacation, illness, workplace, computers, etc. You are getting confidentiality, discipline, job done, but especially TIME for yourself.
