This rating is not anyhow related to Olivier, the shop assistant that helped me with my query. This rating is related to Voo as a company. I have subscribed Voo services online on the 25th of August. Today I went to the store (2th of September) to confirm that the instalation would take place on Wednesday. I was informed that due to a bug/glitch the instalation won't take place on the 4th of September. Next date available - 12th of September. Quite sad. So far I can't and won't recommend Voo to anyone.
