The place is nice and the service was helpful and polite. I’m not a big fan of the burger itself, the sauces in it tasted a bit too oily/greasy and heavy, not in a good way. The buns were also not very good. I would try again to see if it wasn’t just an unlucky day, but I found it too pricey for what it was.

Not that great of an experience. Wasn’t able to order in Dutch or English. Only one vegetarian option and the vegetarian “burger” is not a burger, this is a vegetarian sandwich. It’s just bread with vegetables. The fries are obviously coming from the freezer. I had high hopes for this place, the interior and location is great. I hope they can turn this around.

Short Ride on a Fast Machine

Tasty burgers, with soft brioche buns and medium-rare patties. The classic burger is my favourite and has a nice sweet (sauteed onions) and sour (pickles) taste. Staff can be a little overwhelmed during busy hours, but they are friendly, which matters most to me.

My favorite burgers place in Brussels. Beautiful place, with a very good service. Burgers are really original (black and white) and very tasty! Highly recommended place in Bruxelles!

The burgers are amazing ! One of the best in Brussels for sure ! Give the west coast a try if you like the sweetness of caramelised onions, the meat is great too !

I tried it once and felt it was the best burger I ever had in Brussels (I had their classic menu for 9 EUR smt). Of course I was a bit tipsy, maybe that had something to do with it. I'll definitely try again and if I feel different I'll update this review.

Horrible experience. You can only order in french. No option even for english. (or Dutch obviously) They ask you to pay with Carte Bleue, what is this? France? Carte Bleue does not even exist in Belgium. This chain did 0,0 effort to adapt their business to the local market. shame on you. -Nobody- of the staff was wearing a face mask. Nobody. Not even in the kitchen where they prepare YOUR food, proves of no respect what so ever to their customers. When i pointed this out to one of them they made it very clear not to appreciate my comment. A few moments later i got my food in an agressive way, almost thrown in my hands with no thank you or whatsoever. I offcourse did not eat it, too risky, the way they treated me made me think something might have ended up in my food in the kitchen. i will never go back, i will also never recommend this place to anyone. 1 star is the lowest rate i could give, but i wanted to give 0 actually.
