Hot yoga is refreshing. Heat helps you to maintain flexibility. Instructions are clear and in english. Options of 2/3 classes per day. There are lockers and shower rooms available. There is also an introductory which is very smart as you can see if it works you.

I am really happy I went to this studio. I am not the most flexible person and always had knee issues. After going to a few classes my knee has gotten way more flexible and I do not feel the pain that I used to feel. Thank you!

Bikram Yoga Antwerp is located right in the city centre. This studio is definitely the best place to go if you’d like to recharge your Body, Mind and Soul. Anna, the studio owner, will make sure everything is looked after for the benefit of her students. The studio has a great atmosphere, great teachers and is always super clean. Smiles, kindness and positivity are all encouraged. Therefore, if you’d like a proper exercise for your Body and Mind, look no further, Bikram Yoga Antwerp is the place!

Great atmosphere in and around this studio. Clean facilities, nice people and an excellent teacher add to this! Hot yoga can be a challenge, but definitely worthwhile to try! You'll understand once class is finished and you're back on the streets!
