I rarely write reviews but i felt compelled to speak about BHR after being within their care over the last couple of years. Throughout a very stressful process, the level of support, knowledge and understanding provided by Dr Bisanga, Hilde and their team was second to none. After much deliberation over the course of 2 years, i chose BHR off the back of a very positive consultation with Dr Bisanga who was very honest with me in respect of the potential positives but also the negatives of getting a transplant. At no point did i feel pressured or subject to 'another sale' like i did with some clinics in the UK. I felt then and even more so now that he cared more about my happiness, than financial gain. This has been true throughout my time with them. Hilde has genuinely been like a close friend during this entire process and her guidance and cooperation has been so important to my emotional well being. She has been a constant positive throughout some admittedly tough times and i thank her so much for helping me in so many ways. If any one is thinking of using this clinic, you will not be disappointed. They also visit the UK every few months to meet their UK based clients and offer extra support and guidance for the ones that need it. There are so many clinics that are able to do the procedure, but the level of professionalism, after care and experience involved in getting a natural final result is what sets the better companies apart (this includes the insertion of single hair grafts as opposed to multi grafts in the frontal hairline). I appreciate so much what you have done for me during and after the procedure and have always felt you genuinely cared about helping me get my final desired result. i feel it is important as a customer that others considering the procedure in a minefield of clinics now offering the service, that they should look no further than BHR. Thank you again guys for everything you have done for me and hope to see you soon in the UK :) :)

They didn't even answered something after I sent the online consultation two times after they read them, that means they are not even professional. So if you are a good candidate means money for them so they answer , if not they don't amswer
