The massage was awful! Felt like an oil pool with hands that just move the oil around. Even when asked (twice) for more pressure the answer was literally \we don't do that\ We stayed in Koan sauna.. indeed very big but, we didn't have hot water in the shower, the jacuzzi was old style and the place needs a renovation. the Hamam didn't work although we knew that up front Just not worth the money they ask.
