The atmosphere alines perfectly with Ieper's vibe. You can find here a familiar environment with locals who are very friendly. There's a wide range of Belgium's finest beer to sip or chug, that's up to you.
Absolutely amazing place. BENS BAR is now our definitely must go to place in Ypres. Fanny and Patrick are a superb couple, excellent food, excellent beer, excellent atmosphere. I CANNOT recommend the place enough. It is very small though, so large groups just won't physically fit in. Fanny is like a Mam away from home.(thank you for not giving me pints of that beer I liked, I learned the hard way). Patrick, I promise you'll get pork scratchings. Samantha, Jayne , myself and the rest of us honestly can't wait to get out there to Ypres to see you both at the bar again.

Best place for a nice meal. Beef was excellent, meat comes straight from grill. 10 will get you filled up! Also a really nice selection of beers.
