Placed an order on 23-Nov. Received confirmation of the order but since then nothing. And now the website is down "for maintenance work". I contacted my credit card provider today for a refund (which they have kindly provided). Its a real shame. I hope this retailer hasn't ceased trading, but either way they should at least have put something up on their website to explain the current mess.

Placed an order more than a month ago. It hasn't been dispatched yet. I have sent 3 emails and gotten no reply at all. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering, so I would have ordered elsewhere... The order was supposed to be a birthday present, which date has obviously passed already.

I placed a order on 8-16-20 and since 8-26-20 it has been listed as “preparing your order” despite sending numerous inquiries I have received no response from them. After a bit of effort I was contacted by Kurt and my order was shipped. Today (10-7-20)I received that order . I must say that it was complete and well packaged .The delays and at times lack of communication can be a bit frustrating but ultimately you do get what you paid for handled with care giving the more patient of us here in the states a solid source for Belgian beers.

As with most the other reviews on here, really poor service from this company now. Just be aware that orders will take 6 weeks and they will not provide you with any communication. My order was cancelled by them as i expressed that 6 weeks would have passed when i needed them for (part gift) and they have kept hold of my money. Now not responding to my emails and it has been over 2 weeks. Would not risk ordering from them again. Terrible service and now having to go through my bank to try and retrieve this money

Placed an order almost 2 weeks ago and no response. Checking the reviews here I was worried no one was getting beer sent out! Having commented on the lack of communication here last week, Kimo was immediately in touch and my order dispatched. All safely arrived now so they are definitely up and running now. Fantastic range and good prices and they are getting the orders out! Many Thanks

Order placed over 2 weeks ago (21/11/20), payment taken but zero update on order. Contacted seller multiple times via email and no response. Since ordering I've now read other reviews and see others in the exact same posotion. As it stands now, I certainly wouldn't recommend to anyone. I will update this review accordingly if/ when my order arrives. ***Update*** response to seller The order was placed under my partners name. We have sent multiple emails to you and messages via WhatsApp. You did eventually respond to one of our messages on Monday 7th Dec informing us that you will post on Tuesday 8th December. You specifically said that you will send us confirmation first thing in the morning. We recieved nothing. So I can only assume that it still hasn't been dispatched. Yes, there was a banner on your website saying delays... But this does not mean 3 plus weeks?! Let's see how long the delay is when I do eventually receive it. Update ** 17/12/20 Our order eventually arrived, one month after placing our order. The so called 'armageggon proof' packaging was definitely no so. The beers were wrapped in a bit of card and haphazardly thrown into the box. There was a mysterious leakage that soaked the entire contents of the box but no broken glass of trace of trace broken bottles. 7 beers missing from our order - 20 euros or so. Lets see if we get any refund or response from the seller. I would never order from these guys again and I would not recommend to anyone for that matter.

I appreciate delivery times take longer, it's tough times for the world, yet when the order that arrives two months later is wrong (no announcement over replacements, or refunds) it's just disappointing. Hardly any customer service too.
