I went in to order some Epiphanes primer as they had other Epiphanes products on display. 4 weeks later (!!) I check for the third time(!) and it had finally arrived. Such a long way from the Nederlands. Colour was wrong - white - even though when ordering we had joked about the pronunciation of the word \grey\ ( the colour I wanted) in flemish. Unresponsive, rude and abrupt on the phone. There is another big chandlery down the road.... Go there. I would also have given no stars if this was possible. Unbelievable attitude in 2020.

Don't use this boat yard, they are only interested in the big money repairs and don't want to do anything that might turn out to be tricky. We finished up having to complete all the repairs ourselves. They are very unhelpful with no customer service skills, they would go bust if they were operating in England. I would give them no stars if I could.

A fuir absolument ! 2 mois pour la éparation\ d'un hors bord, un prix exorbitant et un moteur récupéré dans le même état qu'au départ. Et lorsque, preuve à l'appui de leur mauvaise réparation, un geste commercial est demandé, nous sommes mis dehors agressivement, avec cris et menaces! Pas étonnant qu'ils soient connus comme les \Dalton's\ par les autres commerçants du port... Correctif suite à la réponse du propriétaire : mon moteur a 4 ans et je l'ai amené et repris de votre magasin moi même à chaque fois... Thiefs! 2 months for an outboard reparation with nothing being done at the end! When asked for a refund (scandalous price for what had been done), they kicked me out of the shop with threats! Unbelievable! They are not called the Dalton's in the entire city for no reason... Answer to the owner answer's: my engine is 4 years old and you have never been to my boat, I moved my engine myself each time...
