Excellent meat restaurant, really one of the best in Liege and the region! It is mostly a Basque cuisine, with excellent Basque cold meats as appetizers. The chef is slightly eccentric and will refuse to serve some pieces of meat well done (those that he accepts to cook that much are actually called \badly done\, literally). Try any piece of meat, you cannot have something bad!

Une soirée atypiques et typiques d'un lieux où on s'y sent bien, excellent accueil malgré un contexte particulier! Très bonne viande cuisson parfaitement maîtrisée !
