I bought a return ticket with luggage. On my return, I was hussled out of 40 euros BECAUSE MY RETURN TICKET DID NOT INCLUDE LUGGAGE. Since I am not in the smuggling business, I don't see any reason why would I not return with my luggage. Unless, they deliberately planed to cheat their clients. With this scam, their rate seems competitive when you book your flight and compare rates. They claimed that it was a computer code error and that I could either pay or ... pay I chose Austrian Airlines, as I believed the brand was associated with honest business principles... Maybe I was confusing Austrian airlines with the morally decent Austrian people I have met in my lifetime I won't be caught again with this Airline because I will make use of an honest competitor and make sure I relay this experience every time the topic comes up in conversation
