Yassin did a great job. A few changes had to be done on our docs that needed to be printed. He did everything very quickly, gave us the right advice and printed everything directly. All this while handling a few other customers \in a hurry\... Bonus, open Saturdays until 5pm!

Most of the times I have tried to print something there, the place is closed, even if the sign on the door says it is opening time. Today I went at 17:35 and it was closed, even if it clearly said at the door it should be open until 18:00. This has happened to me 3-4 more times, in the evening and around noon. It seems the opening schedules depend on whether the employees feel like working or not or if they prefer to take one more hour for their lunch breaks. Totally unprofessional.

I had a very urgent architecture project that needed to be printed, but the staff was not helpful or patient. This was not like other copy centers that I have been to, even those close by at blvd General Jacques. If you actually really need to print something, it's better that you go somewhere else. Will not recommend.

Depends who is working that day. Service can be nice and friendly but most of the time it's like they don't want you to be there. If you need something done, know what you need. They have little to no patience in giving recommendations. The one on general Jacque is better for complex projects. If you just want to print and bind a school project this is the place. English is ok...but again if you have a complex project go to the other one it's only a few stops away and has longer hours.
