Shocking experience, which is a shame. I have been getting my car serviced here for years. I brought my car in for 4 hours for an annual service only to find out that they hadn't ordered the oil filter they needed to do the job. I rescheduled and they promised a 10% reduction. Not great but ok. Acceptable mistake I thought. Driving home I noticed a piece of metal on the windscreen. It was the oil dip stick! Not only did they not do the service but they did not put the dip stick back in the motor. It was only by chance that I noticed it. Thankfully it didn't fall off the car while driving. Despite the convenience, location etc. I will not be going back.

I had to wait nearly 2 hours instead of the 1 hour promised at deposit. And on top of it i was driving since only 5min when the car warned that the tyres were losing pressure so i had to check and all 4 of them were well below the advised pressure. What a bad service.

Service is friendly . The tyres were changed within a reasonable time (1 hour 30’). Still, when I had it done in Luxembourg last year it took 30 minutes and was (surprisingly) cheaper. So just 4 stars.

You can find most things for your car here, and get some basic service and repairs. The quality of the products in the shop really varies so make sure to check on what you are about to buy. Otherwise the staff is usually friendly and are there to answer your question.

First on the negative reviews below, most of them seem to involve people who thought the indicated time was reserved for them personally and they could wait while the work was done! This is not how things operate in the real world. As for my own experience, I have used them several times recently and have no complaints.

They have some generic auto parts, but little premium brands. Also the shop seems rather understaffed. Could have used some assistance on choosing the right part, but they weren't too knowledgeable when I asked

Absolutely best service I think. They ask you do a small service then a big one in a year. Small service is only oil and gas filters basically. And brake check I think. Big one includes changing gas in the ac. Small costs about 150. Big one about 421

Good that they were able to give me a battery from stock. Shame that they had no one to fit it immediately. I'll do it myself, no problem.
