Absolutely unprofessional. Mandated and paid but never pick up the phone, no response to emails... Beyond paying bills and doing the yearly accounts (with a huge delay), we receive nothing but promises - and the tenants are suffering from an insurance case that is blocked by Sogeris for weeks.

Ce syndic est vraiment très incompétent et avide d'argent ! Syndic complètment absent , but premier : soutirer de l'argent !
Nous avions confié la gestion de notre co-propriété à Sogeris mais ce fut une grosse erreur. Mr Di-Pillo nous a vendu une formule low-cost qui ne l'était pas. Le service par contre était très \low\. A fuir absolument, il vaut mieux payer un peu plus mais avoir un service et des informations de qualité.
